Replaceable moisture-absorbing air breather
The base part to be installed and the consumables (desiccant + 2um filter) can now be separated and replaced.
The new Blizard Dryer DBE (long-life model) was initially developed for the wind power industry, but it is now widely used in general industry. This model features a two-separation chamber structure that houses two types of absorbent silica gel with different moisture retention and absorption sensitivity. The base unit is integrated with four check valves at the bottom to protect the absorbent material, ensuring that air is bypassed and released externally in case of pressure buildup. The wide-area pleated filter increases the filter's dirt retention capacity, achieving a longer lifespan. The red silica gel changes to orange when it absorbs moisture, indicating that it has reached its maximum absorption capacity and is time for replacement. The DBE series consists of a base unit with four check valves and a replacement moisture-absorbing cartridge (with a 2-micron air filter), allowing you to choose from the three models below according to your installation capacity.
